Seraflow Return & Refund Policy

  1. Free returns
    Customers can return their order within 14 days of delivery. The first return per order is free.

  2. Condition of returns
    Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and include all original parts or accessories. Refunds will be reduced if items are used, damaged, or missing parts.

  3. No returns for size errors
    Size selection errors are non-refundable. Customers should refer to our sizing guide before ordering.

  4. Delivery delays and guarantees
    Non-Fast Delivery items
    If an item has not arrived within 60 days of shipment, customers can request a full refund and keep the item.

Fast Delivery items
Items labeled "Fast Delivery" are guaranteed to arrive by the estimated date. If the delivery date is missed (excluding force majeure events), customers may choose one of the following:

  • Receive a €1 coupon within 48 hours of the missed date

  • Request a refund if the item arrives damaged

  • Request a refund if the package is marked lost in transit, and keep the item if it later arrives

  • Request a refund if not delivered within 35 days of shipment, and keep the item if it later arrives

  1. Damaged or defective items
    If items arrive damaged or defective, customers can request a full refund or replacement. Please report any issues promptly.

  2. Return process
    Email theseraflow@gmail.com with the order number and reason for return. After approval, return the item in its original packaging. The first return is free; additional returns may incur customer-paid shipping.

  3. Refund timing
    Refunds or coupons are processed within 14 days of receiving and verifying the returned item.
