Seraflow Terms of Service

Overview
We (“Seraflow”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operate this online store powered by Shopify. By using our website or services, you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please stop using our services.

1. Account & Access

You confirm you are of legal age and provide accurate information when registering or ordering. You are responsible for securing your account and any activity under it. Accounts are non-transferable.

2. Products

We aim to display accurate product descriptions and images, though colors and sizes may vary. We may update, modify, or remove products at any time without notice.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A contract is formed only after we send an order confirmation and process payment.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices exclude taxes, shipping, and duties unless stated. By purchasing, you confirm you’re authorized to use the payment method and agree to pay all charges.

Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation.

Shipping zones & costs

  • France & Spain: Standard delivery €4.90 (3–5 days); expedited option available.

  • Wider EU: Standard delivery €9.90 (5–8 days).

  • UK: Standard delivery £6.90 (4–7 days).

  • International: Available on request; shipping, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Estimated delivery time
These are estimates. Delivery may be delayed due to carrier, customs, weather, or other uncontrollable factors. We’re not responsible for delays once the item leaves our warehouse.

Tracking
Tracking information is emailed upon dispatch. Please check the carrier’s status before contacting us.

Customs & duties
For non-EU/UK shipments, import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price. Customers are responsible for these and any delays or added fees.

Missed or delayed deliveries

  • Non-Fast items: If your order isn’t delivered within 60 days of dispatch, you may request a full refund and keep the item.

  • Fast Delivery items: Labeled items must arrive by the estimated date. If delayed (non-force majeure), you can choose one of the following:

    • Receive a €1 coupon within 48 hours of the missed date.

    • Request a refund for damaged goods.

    • Request a refund for lost-in-transit items (you may keep them if they arrive later).

    • Request a refund if not delivered within 35 days—and keep them if they eventually arrive.

Lost or damaged in transit
Report lost or damaged goods within 7 days of expected delivery for a refund or reshipment.

Free shipping threshold
Free standard shipping is available on orders over €120 (France & Spain only).

Address changes or cancellations
Email theseraflow@gmail.com ASAP to request changes or cancellation before dispatch. After dispatch, updates may not be possible.

Click & collect
Where available, select click-and-collect at checkout and pick up at our designated location.

Policy updates
We may update this shipping policy without notice. The current version is always available on our website.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Intellectual Property

All site content belongs to Seraflow or licensors. You may not use or reproduce it without permission.

8. User Conduct

Use the site lawfully. Abusive or illegal behavior may result in account suspension.

9. Third-Party Tools

We may integrate third-party tools. We are not liable for their availability or performance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Seraflow and affiliates are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages related to your use of the site or products.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Seraflow, Shopify, and affiliates against any claims arising from your misuse of services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate your access at any time. Sections on liability, IP, indemnity, and termination will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Seraflow’s home country. Disputes will be handled in local courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified; continued site use constitutes acceptance.
