Seraflow Shipping & Delivery Policy

  1. order processing

  2. shipping options & costs

  • france & spain: standard delivery €4.90 (3–5 business days); expedited option available

  • wider eu: standard delivery €9.90 (5–8 business days)

  • uk: standard delivery £6.90 (4–7 business days)

  1. estimated delivery times
    Delivery estimates begin after dispatch. these are estimates only and not guaranteed. delays due to carriers, customs, weather, or other factors are out of our control. Termly+9Shopify+9iubenda+9

  2. tracking
    You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. please use the carrier’s tracking service as your primary resource.

  3. customs & duties
    For orders shipped outside the EU or UK, any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. we are not liable for delays or extra charges at customs.

  4. missed or significantly delayed delivery
    non-fast delivery items: if an order is not delivered within 60 days of dispatch, you may request a full refund and keep the item.
    fast delivery items: labeled "fast delivery" and not delivered by the estimated date (excluding force majeure), you may choose one of the following:
    – receive a €1 coupon within 48 hours of the missed date
    – request a refund if the item arrives damaged
    – request a refund if tracking indicates "lost in transit" (and keep it if it arrives later)
    – request a refund if not delivered within 35 days of dispatch (and keep it if it arrives later)

  5. lost or damaged in transit
    Report any loss or damage within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. once confirmed, we will offer a refund or reshipment.

  6. free shipping threshold
    Standard shipping is free for orders over €120 in France & Spain.

  7. order changes & cancellations
    To change delivery address or cancel an order, contact theseraflow@gmail.com as soon as possible. requests after dispatch may not be possible.

  8. click & collect
    If available, select click & collect at checkout and pick up at our designated location.

  9. policy updates
    We may update this shipping policy at any time. the current version on our site is always the latest.
